Yr Wydffa (Snowdon) is the highest mountain in Wales, and the highest south of the Scottish Border. It is one of the National Three Peaks and the popular route from Llanberis is the one followed for the challenge and is depicted here. Yr Wydffa, in my opinion is the best looking mountain out of the three, with a true mountain feel especially if you walk from Pen-y-Pass past Llyn Llydaw and Glaslyn up the glacial bowl, which of course you get an amazing view on the Llanberis Path.
